RIMAN has been successful in attracting vastly experienced professionals at different levels who sit on its Board of Trustees, Executive Council, and various Committees. These professionals, often attracted by the vision and objects of the Association, commit themselves to the upliftment of risk management practices in the country.

To facilitate the creation and sustenance of a credible risk management environment through proactive advocacy, capacity building, knowledge sharing and promotion of high professional standards.
Objectives
- To encourage, promote and maintain standard of conduct and professionalism within the industry and among members.
- To advocate and encourage research and development, in risk management practices and related disciplines.
- To execute strategies and programs for continuous capacity-building in risk management and related disciplines.
